ERISA PENSION PLAN BOND APPLICATION - As required by the Employment Retirement Income Security Act - Qualified Pension Plans must have an ERISA Bond in place in the Amount of 10% of the Assets held. Example: If your plan assets are $500,000 you would need to have a Bond in place for $50,000.
