Founded by Urs Kaelin in 1986, our

We employ a cross-functional team of

Payroll, FLEX FSA, HRA and HSA implementation and

Hamilton - Sales & Marketing VP and Craig Krum - IT
Specialist and Wizard of all things. Together they have
almost 100-years of experience!

Urs Kaelin - President/CEO

General Manager - Yvonne McCool,
our General Manager and Corporate VP has been with the
company since 1995. She directs the day to day business
activities at our Headquarters in Riverside. From employee
training and retention to software and systems integration,
her guidance in reshaping our administrative thinking has
resulted in high levels of client satisfaction and company
growth. She is a leader and understands the challenges
clients face today. Always striving to improve the
administration of our services with innovative and cutting
edge technology, she expects our employees to deliver 100%
client satisfaction. Yvonne began working as an Account
Service Representative in 1995, was promoted to an Account
Service Manager in 1998, and has been our General Manager
since 2007. She has been certified in COBRA law and earned a
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2007. If you

Sales & Marketing - Bobbi
Hamilton, our Director of Sales & Marketing and Corporate
VP, has been with the company since 1991. Bobbi began
working in the client services divisions and was promoted to
the Customer Service Manager in 1993. Her insurance and
marketing background as well as her communication skills
have been instrumental in our companys growth. With over 20
years of experience in benefit plan design and compliance
she has built a reputation for being able to deliver
solutions. May it be HIPAA, COBRA, Flex, and/or CDHP - all
are areas of expertise for Bobbi. In addition to consulting,
she also provides training and education for Clients,
Cities, Colleges, CPAs, Consultants, and Insurance Brokers.

Information Technology - Craig Krum, our IT Director
has been with company since 1987. Craig graduated from Chico
State with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science in 1980.
He developed our Flex Administration Systems and has written
additional proprietary software programs, which are used
today within our business. Craig has been with the company
from the start and has a great understanding of how our
business works and what it takes to constantly deliver
client satisfaction. With the never ending inundation of
regulatory changes, his department is in charge to modify,
update and improves our systems to keep clients compliant.
In addition, Craig provides hands-on client and technical
support for our services. His experience and knowledge of
our services have been an invaluable part of the success and
daily operation of our company.
President & CEO - Urs Kaelin our President/CEO is the
Founder of both PayPro Administrators and Pacific
Administrators. Urs graduated in 1968 with a degree in
Business Accounting and Finance from the University located
in Zurich, Switzerland and later received a Bachelors
Degree in Accounting and worked for one of the Big Fives.
Urs has guided the business over the last 20 years, with
knowledge, vision, and a true dedication to serving our
clients and to deliver what we promise: 100% satisfaction.
He provided the groundbreaking work on all of the services
we offer, and continues to guide our company from the front
seat. Urs and his staff are located in our offices in Palm
Desert where they specialize in Pension Plan Design,
